Who we are
Rezown is operated by AIAIO Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales. You can contact us at support@aiaio.me.
What data we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication provider (Google or email/password) when you register.
- Search data: postcodes and search parameters you enter, stored as search history and (if you choose to save them) saved searches.
- Usage data: standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
- Waitlist data: if you register to be notified when Rezown launches, we store the name, email address and (optionally) company name you give us, along with which page you registered from and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. We do not store your IP address against a waitlist registration.
- Billing data: if you subscribe, we store the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers for your account, the plan you chose, your subscription status, and its renewal or cancellation dates. We also store the billing events Stripe sends us, so your access matches what you have actually paid for.
- Issue reports: if you report a problem from inside the app, we store your message together with the page you were on, the search settings in use at the time, and your browser and screen size. We collect this so we can reproduce the problem rather than having to ask you to describe it again. The form tells you this before you send, and nothing beyond those items is attached.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are taken by Stripe, who collect your card number and billing address directly and hold them as the payment processor. That information does not reach our servers. What we hold is the account-level billing data listed above, which tells us whether your subscription is active but nothing about the card itself.
We do not collect personal data about property owners. All ownership data displayed in the platform relates to companies and corporate entities.
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Rezown service.
- To allow you to save and re-run searches.
- To maintain the security of the platform.
- To take payment for a subscription, to give you access to what you have paid for, and to send you the receipts and billing notices that go with it.
- To answer an issue you report and to fix what you reported. We email you a copy of your report so you have a record of it and can add to it by replying.
- To email you once when Rezown launches, if you asked us to. We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing the address below. We will not add you to a newsletter or a marketing sequence on the strength of a waitlist registration.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
We use two processors, and no others receive your details. Stripe takes payments and holds the card data described above; it is also the source of the subscription status we store. Resend delivers our email, including account messages such as sign-up confirmation and password reset, waitlist emails and issue-report acknowledgements.

Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Search history is retained for 12 months. Billing records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires us to keep them, which is longer than the account itself and applies even after you delete your account. Waitlist registrations are deleted within 12 months of launch, or sooner if you ask. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@aiaio.me.
Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies required to maintain your authentication session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Website analytics
On our public pages (home, features, how it works and the registration form) we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It is cookie-free and does not follow you across other websites. It records the page visited, the referring site, and coarse details such as country, browser and device type. It does not record your IP address, does not build a profile of you, and is not used for advertising. Pages inside the signed-in application are excluded.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Rezown after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
