Worth knowing before you pay
- Coverage is England. Not Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland — Class MA is an England-only right, so a verdict elsewhere would be a confident answer about a rule that does not apply there.
- Locations are postcode-level for most properties and building-level where we can resolve one. Everything here is indicative, and none of it replaces a solicitor, a surveyor or a planning consultant.
- Ownership comes from Land Registry corporate data, so a property held by an individual rather than a company will show no owner.
- Cancel from your account page whenever you like. A monthly cancellation runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nobody will ask you why, and there is nothing to phone.
